November Membership Update
QC-STV Republican Women Federated MEMBERSHIP REPORT
30 RENEWAL MEMBERSHIP and 14 ASSOCIATE RENEWALS for 2023As of November 20, 2022 we have:
97 PRIMARY MEMBERS (includes our 3 most recent Primary Members)
44 ASSOCIATE MEMBERS
We welcome our NEW Primary Members who will officially be reported to AZFRW and NFRW January 2023:
Please welcome to our Queen Creek-STV Republican Women Federated:
- ROSEMARIE WOLFE (lives in Queen Creek)
- DEBORAH COHEN (lives in Queen Creek)
- DONNA EBERT (lives in Queen Creek)
We extend our sincerest gratitude to Gayle Peters for her committed effort to send out monthly General Meeting communications in addition to other pertinent information. This helps to reduce costs without the reliance of our currently hired webmaster from My Biz Now to send out Club communications through the on-line Mail Chimp system.
Due to increased communications of our upcoming America First Christmas Fundraiser December 6, our Member Highlight will be featured in our January Newsletter. Arlene Stassinos will be contacting you about a month in advance if you will be our honored Primary Member focused for the month. We have interesting newsworthy backgrounds of each Primary Member…your seeds of greatness are amazing!
As much as Arlene Stassinos enjoys providing refreshments for our monthly General Meeting, she asked to step down as Hospitality/Refreshment Chairperson to dedicate time and energy to maintaining Membership communications, file Membership Reports to the Arizona Federation of Republican Women, updating Membership Contact information, and write Committee Reports to the Trunkline Newsletter. The Executive Board has approved enabling a sign-up sheet to be available for 3 to 4 members to sign up to contribute to our refreshments. You may choose a month that fits your schedule and sign up for:
- WATER (approximately 50 water bottles)
- NON-SWEET food snack or hors d'oeuvres
- SWEET TREAT
We ask you to provide plastic eating utensils, serving utensils, napkins, appropriate serving platters, etc. Feel free to decorate festively to coincide with the season (festive tablecloths are welcome), otherwise, the QC-STV RWF Club refreshment tables will be decorated with a patriotic theme. The Club will provide tablecloths and patriotic decorations to adorn the refreshment table Candice LoPresto has graciously volunteered to contact you to remind you of your scheduled refreshment item.
Please seek out the Refreshment Sign-up List at our January Meeting and volunteer to help contribute some munchies. You can volunteer home-baked goodies OR store-bought items. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!
