Job Description for 2nd VP Membership


The VP and her team process member applications for new and renewing primary members and associate members; all primary and associate members must renew annually. Her team creates the QC-STV RWF directory, and QC-STV RWF database, and manages all primary and associate member badges. 

The Membership VP, or her designee, provides the current membership numbers to the Board of Directors (BOD) monthly, and to membership. She starts the annual Membership Renewal Drive on October 1 each year. She provides the AzFRW with the monthly new member and renewal numbers each month. 

The AzFRW Treasurer forwards the primary membership numbers for each AZ club to NFRW monthly. At the podium, the Membership VP announces the new members each month. She may choose to do a Referral Contest where members who bring in the newest members win prizes.

 This position is for a two-year term and the Membership VP may run for one additional two-year term.
