Why are you a Republican? What is your message when you are asked this question? Each of us should have a 7-second, 70-second, and 7-minute answer to this question, when asked. Remember when considering why you are a Republican, there is no wrong answer, only your reason(s) for being a Republican.
Request for Members to participate in signing up to bring refreshments for our social time prior to our meetings. Please consider joining together with fellow members to prepare and/or purchase snacks to share. The club provides bottled water for attendees.
Gayle Peters, 1st VP Program, shared with us information for our March speakers. Dana Lewis, our member, and Pinal Co Recorder will share with us the latest information on what is happening in her office.(CLUE, there are many things happening).
Also speaking is Linda Tribett with Compassion Connect. Linda is integrally involved with Compassion's counseling program for at-risk youth to help them from becoming victims of human trafficking. Linda will be sharing a video with some of the participants in the human smuggling counseling who share what they have learned to protect themselves in the event they are approached by persons with the intent of making them victims of human smuggling.
Our featured speaker for the night, Nick Adams was well-received by our members and guests. Nick became a naturized U.S. citizen on December 20, 2021. He is originally from Sydney Australia. It took Nick 10 years and over $50,000 dollars to become a citizen but he never gave up so much is his love of his adopted country, the United States of America. Nick is a strong believer in American Exceptionalism and believes that every citizen born in our country, won the Lottery of Life on the day we were born.
Nick formed his company, Foundation of the Liberty and American Greatness (FLAG) the day after he arrived in America in 2016. Nick believes that America is a beacon of liberty around the globe. But the Left doesn't see us that way. While they attack our flag, our Pledge of Allegiance, our national anthem, and our history, tens of thousands of families are risking their lives each month for the hope of one day living here, saying the Pledge and singing the anthem.
America is freedom's colosseum. Freedom will either live or perish on our soil.
The war on America, and our values, is one we did not start. But it is one that we will finish. It is one that we did not invite, but it is one that we must attend. That's why FLAG is fighting inside the belly of the beast – in public schools – every day to help preside over a generational patriotic and constitutional renaissance so that we can ensure that the 21st century remains an American century.
